A 1924 Spanish Colonial fourplex.
Four homes behind an arched, wrought-iron entrance on a quiet, tree-lined block of northeast Pasadena — original hardwood, formal dining rooms, and period details kept intact for a century.

The building
The shield above the door is ours.
Look above the entry arch and you’ll find a plaster crest, cast when the building went up in 1924. It’s been our mark ever since — and it’s the crest in the corner of this page.
918 East Topeka is a designated contributor to Pasadena’s Historic Highlands landmark district. Inside: refinished oak floors, tiled fireplaces, arched doorways, and wrought-iron chandeliers over formal dining rooms.
